Conspiracies Of SMOED

In the cheering community, and all around the world! The team California All-Stars is a very important and popular team! I have talked about them sometimes on my blog, but now i am going to talk about something mysterious about this team!

Now to begin, their is a team named SMOED! They practice daily, work hard, and always end up with the crown! Then, last year their team messed up at every competition, but at Worlds hit a perfect routine! INCREDIBLE! Its hard to be a team that people look up to, and have so much more pressure on them to hit a routine! They also spend thousands of dollars on traveling and their uniforms and bows. They then go to competitions and fight for first place! Now, imagine being on a team who would have terrible practices and competitions, and traveled all the way to WORLDS!!!! Their would be so much stress and anxiety! Its unreal! So in 2014 they had a really bad year and won Worlds. People think that they one Worlds because the coaches bribed the coaches or hacked the competition. Now I know from watching their videos on YouTube that i could not see them doing that because most of the athletes are doing it for fun and for the love of the sport. But, you never know whats inside the peoples mind. In conclusion, this is my conspiracy on Smoed winning Worlds by having a terrible season!!Thank you for reading!!

Peaceeeeee!

FAQ!!!!!!

Hey I'm back with another blog post, so I am always asked questions about cheering that are always asked so I am going to a FAQ on cheering. Might seem like there are not really any frequently asked questions about cheer, but trust me THEIR ARE! So lets begin...

Is cheering a sport?

Now. Now. Now. As being a cheerleader and hearing this question obviously I am going to say yes, but to some people its not and I don't know why they don't think its a lot but we try just as much as football players and basketball people! We tumble, we flip, we stunt, we yell and so many other things!! Might not seem like we do things but we do! Sweating our butts off at practice, breaking things or factoring parts of your body, sore after every practice, conditioning 24/7 yeah... THAT'S A LOT! I could keep going on with this, but don't want to keep you on this question for long.

What is tumbling?

Tumbling is when the cheerleaders do their flips for example:

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ WATCH THAT VIDEO AND IT WILL SHOW YOU WHAT TUMBLING REALLY IS (btw that's one of my fav tumblers)

What are jumps?

Jumps are when you jump and hit a position in the air (like a toe-touch, a hurkey, or a pike) Example:

What is a full-out?

Is something a cheerleader loves or hates to do at practice. Their is no in between!!  A full-out is when you do your routine without stopping till the end and act like your at competition!
Basically that picture explains how painful full-outs are!

How could something so easy... Look so hard?

Well, by having a lot of practice and having trust in everyone on the team can make you very successful! Practices are a big part of how cheerleaders transform from regular cheerleaders to all-stars, by practicing how to do all the things in a stunt, practicing tumbling, taking criticism, and learning to love the sport!

SO THIS WAS MY BLOG FOR THIS WEEK AND I HOPE YOU ENJOYED AND LEARNED MORE ABOUT CHEERING!<3<3<3<3<3<3<3 BYEEEEEE!!
